I’ve been here 2 weeks and stayed here because of the pool. I asked and asked about it and find it’s been down for a year. I find that deceitful. If you don’t have a pool - DON’T ADVERTISE a pool.

Call the corporate headquarters & complain. Some higher ups don't want to spend the money to fix it,so I've been told.

I understand your frustration, but why have you stayed there for 2 weeks now? Consumer choice.
