If someone's out of state DL is expired do they have to go here or can they go to a tag agency to get an OK DL?

I believe you have to go to DPS main (36th & MLk) for that, since you dont already have an OK license. The best thing to do though is call up there Mon-Fri, 8-430, and ask for a DL Examiner.

I had to go to the MLK site. But I think you can go to a satellite office
