I got there at 6am to get my daughter's permit. We were like 17th in line and done by 11am. If you have a passport you can get a regular ID because if you fly you can use your passport. But id probably just go ahead and get the REAL ID
You could, but it will take months due to the pandemic. I would suggest getting there 2 hours early! There are people literally camping there from 2am. I got there hours early and there was already a line. The process is reall slow. Once you get in you will be given a ticket number so they can call you to come back when its time. Not to mention that it will take a few more hours! Its a whole day process. I would suggest you get a ENHANCED Drivers License too while your at it because its going to be enforced soon if your traveling! Its a nightmare going through that whole process to change over your DL! Hope this helps!
In Oklahoma no walk in are welcome only problem is they only let 10 walk INS so you have to be there 2 hours before opening. Appointment are backed up a couple of months. Took 3 days of standing in line at 5am but finally I don't have to do this for another 4yrs. You also have to wait in line outside. As long as it didn't expire Praying I don't get sick.
