Hi Paula, If you're buying one of the places currently for sale, we just ask that you speak with us and have a general understanding of the rules. We have a yearly lot rent of $2,500, and have a contract for anyone staying seasonally to sign. If you already own a camper, you can get on our wait list for an open lot, where the same things apply, but any building being brought in must meet our structure guidelines. It is about the same as just about every other campground in the area. Lee Lake Campground
