Arm bands are an additional charge, you pay to get in and then you have the option to either buy the armband or get a card with tickets to ride. If you plan on getting on many rides the arm band is a must, but the fast pass is a waste in my opinion. Have fun.
Megapasses that are sold before the fair starts include admission and a ride armband. During the fair. Admission !nd ride armbands are purchased separately.
