At 12:45 pm today I took the COVID-19 2 hour NAAT and did not receive my results. I decided to drive back that night to find out what is going and found a note that the pharmacy closed at 1:30 pm. I needed my results for travel so I went to the front and spoke to Zach the manager and explained to him my dilemma. He pulled out his cell phone to call a pharmacist from a different store to come in and help me. Frank the pharmacist found out that my test was never processed and offered to administer another swab and provide me with the results within 20 minutes. Even though I had a bad experience Zach and Frank when the extra mile to take care of me. Kudos to Zach and Frank for fixing the issue. I hope Walgreens knows how lucky they are to have dedicated employees like these. They turned my one star review to a five. Thank you gentlemen.

Lab Core here is a joke. Don’t waste your time with the rude and unhelpful staff. Support someone else who wants your business and doesn’t treat you like an inconvenience.

I've had to come here many different times. The first time I came here was with my mom to get the prescribed medication for my dad when he had his kidney stones back in 2015. The staff here and in the pharmacy was extremely helpful and kind to us.
