As of right now we do not rent canoes. We have a new cossesionar coming in soon who may rent canoes. When that happens, they will have the say so on whether or not you can take your animal with you or not. If you are using your own canoe you can do what you like. However, we have alligators and lots of them. They will take a small animal if the opportunity is there. So, be careful if you decide to do it. Careful with your pet. There are alligators in the lake and wild pigs on shore. A pig grunted at us from the bushes as we walked along the lake. Beautiful but rustic park.
