At Whataburger, they don't start to make your food until it's ordered. At least it's that way in Houston Texas.

I believe it's the staff or the area you in, because I was in Panama and Orlando at one and they were pretty fast. I went during lunch in Jacksonville and the time was fairly ok for the wait but I went during breakfast time and it was slower than normal fast food places that serve breakfast but it was fresh and hot so I was very appreciative.
