I wasn't there for business. My wife just happened to have broke down in their parking lot. People were constantly coming out to ask us if we wanted to come in while we waited for the mechanic. They helped us by letting us use their facility. Being in sales myself, I can tell that these are genuine and helpful people that are here to serve in any way that they can. Re: Sales Rep SCOTT BISSELL. We met Scott about four years ago when we were redoing our kitchen. Scott asked us some pertinent questions re our lifestyle and concerns. Patiently, he toured the store with us and explained and answered the multitude of questions we had. Scott knows "his stuff" and gave us the pros and cons of this versus that. He was up front about the delayed deliveries due to Covid and was pretty much on the mark. After appliances were delivered and we we began using them, we'd call Scott with "how to work this and that" and his answers resolved our problems. I love the ASKO dish washer he recommended. I had never heard of the brand prior to purchasing it from Setzers. He told us how to get a rebate from SubZero. Scott also gave recommendations about installation and delivery. Scott Bissell is the best sales rep we have had in the history of our 60 years of shopping.
