Visited first time recently. The lady at the counter was really nice, told me 'welcome to HD" and put up a big smile but then I was not even a foot inside the door this guy comes to me and pretty pressingly asked me all kinds of questions. I was just there to stroll around, but he followed me and tried to put pressure on me to buy a bike right that day. Don't mind selling techniques but he was on me like flies on ... Scott I think. Not much manners too, acting like he knew all about bikes you know. No matter what I said he acted like he knew better than me. Went outside with my gal and he followed me there too. We sat on a few bikes and felt so pressured I left. The apparel is really nice, great quality items, very durable, but hard to enjoy because of that sale guy.
