i took my sweet little ginger girl Shayla in for an appointment last week because i noticed an issue with her eating-- she'd hiss and run away, and while i originally thought she was tired of her food, it turned out her teeth were hurting her. they assessed her, gave me a quote on price for her teeth, and i returned earlier today for her surgery. i cannot say enough good things! Dr Emily was amazing and kept me updated constantly throughout the process of Shayla's surgery, and i felt like i knew everything that happened, which is great for someone who suffers from anxiety like i do. Shayla needed 8 teeth extracted, which broke my heart since I didn't notice sooner, but they didn't treat me badly at all, and gave Shayla quality care-- i felt like they really truly loved my sweet girl, and she's doing amazing post op. thank you SO MUCH, forever vets! we'll be back soon!

I am very upset with the experience I have had here. My initial visit with the vet Dr. Starr was great, but since then my cat has had some issues with the medication she was prescribed and I cannot get an answer about any next steps. This weekend alone I called twice yesterday and twice today trying to find an answer, no response. They initially said the vet I had seen wasn’t in, and I could get a response from another vet. Then I wait on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me that no other vet can answer my question and I have to talk to the office manager. Doesn’t make any sense. They are either very understaffed or they don’t care to answer questions unless you pay for an appointment. I would highly recommend any other vet clinic.

We've been going to forever vets for 5+ years for my cat and pup since it was in the area and had a flexible schedule. However we recently moved and switched doctors. Through out my time with forever vets, I've raised issues with frequent vomiting from my cat and health issues for my pup. Despite our concerns, we were recommended to change their food (which we did) as its "normal" for cats with kidney issues but no other recommendations were made. For my pup she was put on pills to take for a few days but that's it. Since moving and seeing a new doctor we were advised my cat was at stage 4 chronic kidney failure (which was never advised to us previously) and her vitals were through the roof after performing a blood test. he was alarmed that fluid therapy and medication was not offered before to slow down the progression/ to make my cat comfortable. On top of this my pup, who was seen multiple times by forever vets before moving, was found to have a heart murmur which was never advised by forever vets. 5+ plus years and seeing multiple doctors at this place and it takes a new office/vet to address our concerns and create a plan for our pets? Fortunately, we've made a lot o of progress with the new doctor but this should've been addressed in the first place. If its an absolute emergency and no other office is open, then take them there but other than that I do not recommend and am disappointed.

They are a very busy office so be patient. Wait times on the phone and in person can be long but I promise it's worth it! My dogs hate coming to the vet but the staff and doctors here make them feel so comfortable! Dr. Emily is their favorite! She is so sweet! (Trixi says hi if you see this!) They always have a board in the lobby with the attending veterinarian(s) for the day and the names of all the pets with appointments. The vets always take their time and when u ask my million questions, I always get well explained answers. Staff is always nice as well! 10/10 would def recommend.

Do they see snakes?

Dr.Mike is wonderful with my bearded dragon, Lulu, and he was like a father, showing me pictures of his fantastic children when he was showing me his beardie. They look healthy to me, but what do I know? He's the exotics guy! I recommend calling, or downloading the Pet Desk app. It helps you set your appointments and you can choose the type of animal you'll be bringing in. You can give details about your animal and even upload their photo. I'm sure if you request an appointment for your snake and he doesn't specifically see snakes, they may respond to you somehow and let you know it would be best to take them to another clinic.

Did you call for an appointment first? Surely they would've told you they're under renovation and only doing curbside treatments right now...
