Hi! I’m looking to plan a trip to come down and hike the trails and then set up camp in the woods somewhere. Is Mohican a place I can do this? Probably only be one night and will be with my dog. Thank you!

They have a very nice area to tent camp that is in the woods but has nice clearings with grass. Not really 'wilderness' as such but still cool. And i know there are some trails for hiking as well as biking, but not very familiar with them and not sure how many there are.

I assuming you mean the Mohican state forest. The answer is yes. There are maps on the website with the trailheads marked along with the location of the primitive campsites. Self registration is required at the trailhead.
