This campground is huge, plus cabins! The grounds were very well maintained and the showers and restrooms cleaned thru out the day. Lots of playgrounds, swimming beaches and fishing holes! Across the street they have miniature golf, go cart racing and zip line runs. A great place to take kids of all ages!

Some friends and I stayed for 2 nights. They had a marathon the weekend we came. They didn't say anything on the website about it nor told us. We got woken up at 4 in the morning both mornings. People were yelling cheering ringing bells being really noisy. Enjoyed the river trip but our best driver was rude and grumpy. We stayed before and didn't have any issues. They stay was very unpleasant due to the marathon being woken up.

Tent camped here and had a blast. We did a 7 mile river ride in a raft and it was the best experience. Kids had fun! Only downside wish there was a bridge to cross the creek. Also it was suggested to get 2 campsites and we only ended up using one, so wasted over $100. But other than that it was fun.

Park was nice. Amenities were abundant. Vehicles drove too fast. Walking campers cut through personal sites. Overall nice place to camp. Negative: sister drove up from NC to camp with friends. As I am from NE Ohio, my husband and I decided to go visit for the afternoon. After an hour and a half drive, we pulled in to find out we had to pay $24 EACH to visit for the afternoon! Ridiculous. Hints if you are expecting visitors: 1. If you can, add extras to your original amount of people camping even though they’re not. Those extras will not have to pay the ridiculous entry fee. 2. Have your visitors meet you down the road and you drive them in. 3. Check the tent camping prices. I think they’re cheaper to rent a tent site for the night. Your guests can ask to tent camp at less than 1/2 the cost to visit for the day! For the high cost of a day visit, I would certainly cheat the system even though that is not how I normally live my life. Needless to say, we paid the fee, but certainly not happy with their policy.

Yes. All sites have a picnic table and fire ring
Yes they have wifi throughout the campsite, not sure about TV.
Perhaps whenever the river is reopened by the Army Corps of engineers.
Yes, that about right. River was closed. Suppose to open back up thur. But if they get any rain at all this week, it will be closed for the 4th holiday.
Get your fixed. Mine worked fine there.
Yes. Online and they also give you one when you stay there.
I showed up around 630-7 and was still able to go to my site.
2 o'clock normally. But if nobody has been in the site you reserved they typically let you check in early
We take our own tubes down the river all the time, you have to find your own spot to get in and have someone pick you up. The canoe liveries don't pick you up unless you are renting their equipment. I also work at Mohican Adventures.
Not sure. You could call Mohican adventure's and ask
Not sure you can call and ask
Yes
Are golf-carts, ATVs, 4-wheelers or other motorized vehicles allowed in the park? Motorcycles are to be used as primary transportation only and confined to roads. Motorbikes, motor scooters, ATV’s & golf carts are prohibited. Bicycles, rollerblades & roller skates are confined to roads only and are not to be ridden after dark
Are you asking about the Mohican Adventure campground? There are no place inside campgrounds to use jet skis. But you can go to Pleasant hill lake and use them which isn't far away
Yes your able to bring that there, I saw other people that had their own grills.
Yes! 2 nice sized ponds. You will get lots of bites!
It's off season right now so it's around 90 bucks a night.
Thank you I just called to confirm if you can and yes you can bring your own fire wood
Also if you decide to stay two nights and so you pay for 3 you will not get your money back
depends on which cabin you want and how many people it sleeps, their rates are posted on their website or give them a call during the day.
Only the trapper cabins, dogs are permitted in ALl tent and RV sites
