These people are HORRIBLE. Please please PLEASE do not go here! Makes you wait 2 hours and then accosts you to pay a bill you never received. Breaking HIPPA by speaking in a room full of people about your private information and payments. They do not get your records and the doctor even asks THE PATIENTS what their records are, instead of getting the records as they should.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! Do not waste your time and put your already compromised health at a higher risk with this doctor! Long story short: I was a first time patient that had waited 2 months to see this doctor trusting my rheumatologists referral. I have lupus, awful unexplained headaches, vertigo, spondylosis, sarcoidosis, degeneration of the lumbar and cervical, to mention a few. I was in hopes of getting some answers and compassionate care (does not exist nowadays), or at least to be heard. This doctor has none of the above, no bed side manners, no listening skills, no empathy, no time for you as a patient, not interested in your care or how you feel at all, awful staff, dull and depressing looking office. I tried asking her some questions as she bluntly interrupted me and told me she had no time to listen to me because she had 7 other patients out in the waiting room. She diagnosed me with migraines in 3 mins, prescribed Butabital as I mentioned I can’t take anything containing caffeine she prescribed anyways. She asked what pharmacy, which I had already provided in my paperwork, I gave her the name of my pharmacy which she impatiently couldn’t find on her computer. As I kept repeating the name of my pharmacy and reached for my phone to provide her with there tel number, as she requested, she said never mind, no time for that, I will print it and you take it to your pharmacy! Wow! At checkout I asked if they could fax the script to my pharmacy to avoid me a big hassle and trip, to no avail either! I left this office in SHOCK AND TEARS OF FRUSTRATION! Please do your research, trust your gut and take care of yourself. Doctors are not gods and they DO NOT know it all. She shouldn’t be the doctor for you or anyone you love and care about.

I was struggling with headaches for almost 3 months. I've changed my doctors but all of them told me it's migraine and they gave me a sheer number of medications. One of my friends suggested Dr. Borra when I saw the reviews I wanted to call off my appointment but I didn't. She cares and listens to you, the best part was she gave me appointments soon and accessed me. She finally found it's my neck and I have a hernia on my spine. I don't know why some people told she is rude I didn't see any rudeness.

If you go to this Doctor make sure you get a second opinion. I did an EMG Nerve Study report with her and what I notice is that this Dr. Does not care about her patients. I have been diagnosed by different Doctors with Chronic Lumbar radiculopathy and Chronic Neuropathy. What I notice when she was doing the nerve study she would crank the device to the max making the study really uncomfortable and really painful. I did my nerve study on October 19, 2021. On October 20, 2021. I did another nerve study with a different Doctor and revealed that there is electrodiagnostic evidence of Chronic L1 L5-S1 lumbar radiculopathy. The L5-S1 muscles have polyphasic activity consistent with Chronic neuropathic changes. I did an MRI on 02/2021 and it revealed multiple herniated discs with disc bulge at L5'S1 compressing on my sciatica nerve. I have to get a fourth surgery to my lumbar spine because there is a herniated disc with a bulge compressing on my nerves. Dr. Borra says that my EMG is normal what a joke. There are good Doctors and bad Doctors my advice to you guys if you go here please get a second opinion because base on my medical records and EMG reports this Doctor will give you a wrong diagnostic. Always get a second opinion, Always!

Perhaps it is someone here who has a liked email. You can email Dr. Borras office and they will remove you from their reminder email list. And that will give them the opportunity to see where the mistake lies. I do know that the appointment emails are auto generated but I also know the emails are entered by one of the ladies at the front desk. Kindly reply to them advising as such. I hope you find this helpful. Thank you
