Trying to make payments on loan is ridiculous. There are no locations close to me all are 20miles away. So I drive to a sister bank to make a payment (which I have done before) they tell me I can't pay there it isn't taking my account number. Now I drive back home and have to call to literally make my payment because the online service tells me I already have an account. Which I never activated online. So now I am charged a fee to pay over the phone . After waiting 20minutess on the phone. I never knew it would be so frustrating just to have someone take my payment. It should not be this hard.
