What’s even more amazing is that I always experience 5-star customer service when I go to this bank. Michael Nichols did a phenomenal job with setting up my business account. And my drive-thru teller experiences have all been great as well. This is in regards to the mortgage department. My older brother has been going through the home buying process with LaToya and Maria. They have been giving him hell. They gave 2 closing dates in the contract and did not stick to either of those dates because they kept coming up with new requirements each time even though he had everything turned in. Very poor communication and now we are having to wait in a hotel because these two can't get their acts together. This is coming at a price we cannot afford with all of these hotel stays and Mid Florida should be held responsible for this. Chances are someone will come on here and say "they will look into this" even though they won't. Very disappointed and this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS CREDIT UNION TO OTHERS!!!

I love this branch and the location is near my job so it’s very convenient. I moved from Lakeland 2 yrs ago and had a favorite branch there but this one is excellent. The customer service is outstanding. They are always helpful and professional. Very grateful for this bank. Thank you!
