Yes, we did exactly that. A couple of the cabins at Mohican State Park are dog friendly but be sure to make reservations for the dog cabin in advance and make sure they've got all their shots.

Alot of people charge extra or do not allow dogs in cabins. Varies from place to place.
Yes they can but....there are no dog cabins and cabins that dogs are permitted. Check with office to be safe.
