Well after 5 calls today (how I detest Non-critical Holidays, as too much congestion & "spazzing out" happens after a 3 day Weekend) I finally got through to Neurology of the Rockies to return an unclear message to call for an appointment (after a referral from Podiatry Associates) & the Receptionist says she can't find my name (Daniel King) in their system = yet Neurology of the Rockies has no E-mail address to better clarify patient's names "Spazz Out" episodes !!!hmmm, sounds like others on here agree with me about rude staff...
Rude office staff, and no, they don’t return calls, even when I had questions regarding weird reactions to drugs. Awful customer service.
Web sight said they open at 8 but the phone didn’t turn on till 8:30 and the lady who answers was extremely rude and not helpful.
I have always found it easy to talk to them about appointments. The front desk makes sure to get back to you in a timely manner.
