At first, I was impressed with the care we received for my son. He received a rapid strep and a rapid covid test at this location that both came back negative. We decided to do another covid test to be sent off and I was told results should be back in 2 to 3 days. It's been a week and we've NEVER received the results and nobody will even answer the phone at this location to be able to find out the results. I tried calling the pharmacy to see if they could help and sat on hold there for 6 minutes before giving up.

The staff were all very helpful and kind, answered all my questions, and were not judgemental at all. I'm very pleased to have driven 40 minutes in the snow for such a pleasant experience. Thank you for making my miserable sick week a bit better. :)

My second vaccine appointment was for 12:15, but I was told I wasn't in the system and that it would be a 75 minute wait. This was after a 2 hour wait 3 weeks ago when I got my first vaccine (they said they list my paperwork). After 75 minutes I was told rlthe clinic is closed from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch. Another guy was there for his 1:30 vaccine appointment. When I asked the clinican what was going on, she burst into tears saying the whole system is screwed up, that she gets no breaks, that they are working 14 hours a day and management doesn't care. It was pitiful. Total failure of process and leadership.
