16 and up only allowed on tour!! And have to be 21 to participate in tasting!!
I've seen minors on the distillery tour. There are no laws that would prevent it, to my knowledge.
I have seen minors in the gift shop and tasting room, but cannot specifically recall seeing kiddos on the tour. Texas does have a law that allows minors to be served in the presence of their consenting parent at the discretion of the server. Not sure how the Garrison Bros approach that, being a federally licensed distillery.
