If you like rum and you want to see how it's made, in America, this small (and I'm talking small) town distiller is just an awesome experience. Everything, except for the barrels, is home grown in Georgia. The sugar cane used in the process is grown on the distiller's farm - BTW, they make some really good came syrup as well. This is high octane stuff but has excellent taste, flavors, and subtle notes that come alive before, during, and after you take a sip. Definitely worth the trip.. Can't say enough about the staff and their hospitality.

Interesting tour of the distillery by the (one and only) distiller himself. The building is beautiful and historic with lovely furnishings. The staff were all friendly and the rum and chocolates were exceptional. It is a good time if you are in the area.

Nice little family run distillery using locally grown sugar-cane. Everything is done by hand, and you can really tell about the care they put into their product. The tour was friendly and informative, but very short. Not a lot to see, but what there is was fun.
