You will have to take it in to them so they can diagnose what is wrong with it before they can give you an estimate on fixing it. I recommend calling & finding out when Randy will be working, then take it in to him.
Hey there Chloe, there's a lot of qualifying questions that would need to be answered before I could give you a definitive answer. What I can say right now is that if it is the LCD I would check to see if you have insurance (sometimes they add it on through your carrier and you don't even know it) or give us a call and we can give you a quote. To keep Samsung repairs as cost effective as possible they are priced to order at the time of repair.
