Poor customer service. I was trying to track down a package we never recieved. I printed out all tracking information, gave it to my carrier and asked for a supervisor to call me. I never got any contact back, they won't answer their direct phone either. Don't waste your time.

This place is hit and miss with customer service. Both of the female receptionists are incredibly rude because they will not help you track a package. Once you do receive a pink slip stating that your package arrived at the post office, the receptionist can barely read the information on the slip so she is disgusted at the carrier who wrote on the slip. I don’t understand why I had to deal and witness their nasty attitudes because all I wanted to do is pick up my package.

I was having issues with my mail being marked as undeliverable, went to the Post Office and the gentleman behind the counter apologized, grabbed the boxes the delivery guy had wrongly marked, and fixed the problem for me. He even helped me load them into the car. Highly recommend their customer service for any issues.
