Steven or Stephen is very friendly and helps me load packages into my car when I go to pickup. Another employee Andrew is also friendly and brings packages to my house.

Inability to think outside of the box, not very helpful in any bit. Tried to ship a box with a prepaid label but refused because it was 1lb over the rate, while other post offices acknowledge that the originator of the label is billed the difference. Never have an issue with UPS or FedEx. Private enterprises still well above a government agency.

there is no point in rejecting a package just because it is not packed in a USPS box I have to pay extra an buy a new box for my package they just want to sell and get more money

Did you bring the pink slip with you, if so the customer rep should have located your package, or if you have a tracking number make sure it was delivered to this location

My package is going around and around from boca raton to mass to stamford ct where it should be returned to sender and niw april 14 while package in stamford po is now being re routed to new jersey. This is insane! All since mar 5. Its like its on a luggage pick up conveyor
