Where do we pick up tickets or do we order online. Is the ticket automatically loaded to our phone or where do we physically pick them up. Im trying to get this information for the 85 South event for tomorrow night.

U can order online or go to the box office at Shreveport convention center to get physical tickets..box office hours recently changed so call the convention center first..the show is at Shreveport municipal auditorium

The show you want to go to is at the Shrevport Municipal Auditorium, not the convention center. Two completely different places.
