Had a 10 am appointment. Finally got my truck into the shop at 11:30. Brakes, two shocks, and a front end alignment took 6 hours while I waited. Shoot rate is the same as the dealership. I won't be back. Ridiculous

I appreciate their transparency at Discount Tires. My rims. Yes rims all four were bent with no warranty on them mind you and they walked and talked me through my options. The first picture is the after the new black rims. Only this is I have to go back because they put the tire on wrong. Other that that Lakota was awesome and so was Jose. See y’all Monday

Fantastic service! I was traveling from Memphis to Shreveport for a soccer tournament and got a nail in my tire on a Saturday morning. I pulled over and put on my donut and was starting to stress about how to get this fixed in time for the game. I rolled into the parking lot expecting to wait, but the manager had me pull right in. They had my tire patched, installed, and I was back on the road in under 20 minutes. Kind workers and wonderful customer care! Thank you so much! We won the game 5-0 by the way :)
