No. Courtyard's breakfast is a separate charge unless you get a special rate that includes it. The Fairfield inn across the street has complimentary Continental breakfast for it's guests.
When I checked in (Feb. 2018), the front desk lady did say the breakfast was free, we had to skip it though as we had other plans, so I can't say till what time they serve it, or how fresh it is
