Best room ever, balcony view, two minutes to the beach, breakfast buffet was awesome, don't know the lady's name that made our omelettes but she did a delicious job. Location of hotel to surrounding area ... very good and walkable if you feel like walking.

Enjoyed this beautiful setting. Nice room overlooking the ocean. Can't beat the view! Pool area and beach access are good. Restaurant is OK. This is a great home base for exploring the area. Staffing is a real mixed bag. Parking was tight on the weekend, but much easier on the weekdays. Beach rentals were easy and reasonably priced.

Ambassador member: this was our first time staying in Jacksonville . This hotel has a very welcoming curb side appeal. Check in was very easy but amenity packages was not offered or explained to us . It was loud in the lobby upon arrival but then again it was 8pm on a holiday weekend so that was to be expected . Everything we asked for in a room selection was perfect . Later that evening I had the pleasure of meeting one of the late night front desk ladies Ms. Ice and 2 other gentlemen. They were beyond hospitable. She explained the amenity package to us which made a lot of sense and got us set up . I was telling her I had a daughter that had lost a tooth on the way in that evening . She went out of her way and made it extra special for our daughter by having a surprise at the desk the next day. She went above and beyond ! Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating with anything we needed . The hotel was clean , the view is breathtaking. The hotel is right on the ocean . Easy access to the beach . It is about a mile away from the main area of Jax beach but with a family it was perfect . I personally thought the beach area by the hotel was alot nicer than near all the hustle and bustle. The breakfast bar was amazing . The wonderful lady who makes the omelettes is amazing ! I never tasted a better one before. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jacksonville beach . Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing hotel, great and beautiful location, and the hotel staff made the stay perfect!! Jen at the front desk was very welcoming and I loved her customer service! She accommodated everything beautifully. Even the breakfast they have at the hotel was outstanding! Tori who works the breakfast, area was very pleasant. The second time we came to breakfast she already remembered our coffee orders, which was very surprising! Made us feel very special! I loved every minute at this hotel.
