Maybe raccoons too, though the comments about uncertainty of seeing any creature are correct. There is an environmental center near the Park entrance and sometimes animals are displayed there. Certainly lots of birds and insects are prevalent in this great park
I haven't hiked there for a while. Besides, the fact that an animal has been recently seen in no way guarantees that you will see them, and what you will see also depends on the way that you hike (whether quietly in observant observantly or making noise, listening to your ipod etc), what time of day in time of year you hike and other factors as well. It is a beautiful Park, inhabited by the normal range of animals in that part of Florida. Other than that no one can predict what you will see but I hope you have a good time while hiking and an enjoyable experience. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful but the question did not admit of a good answer.
White tail deer, lizards, snakes, rabbits, gators, turtles
Get out early to see deer ... Gopher turtles as well as aquatic turtles. Snakes as well.
