I've never had a bad experience there. The food has always been good and unless they have been slammed they are always clean.

The food was good... especially for Cici's. I'd rather the salad be romaine, but i know you go w/what your customers want. I had plenty of veggies from the bar. The water was distinctly off. I thought it wd be closed, if it was dirty. They seemed thoroughly clean otherwise. I wondered if the water tastes like that in the area.
Only been there once, passing through town.... But my experience was excellent. The water was fine.
I have always been impressed by the quality of food they have when i go, I'm not expecting AWESOME but for a cicis this is one of the best I've eaten at (regular customer across 3 states & 20yrs)

No, my experience was great the last time I visited. I would suspect they would be closed if they had mold in the water
