Can you fish outside the dog park? We saw place and would work so we can walk our dog and fish also. We are older and anywhere else is to far.

You are allowed to fish anywhere in the park, as long as you have a license. They have 1 concrete boat ramp, that is easily accessible, and several other places that you can launch smaller boats from, if you are interested. Several people fish, swim, and even picnic there, the general rule of politeness applies to make for a smother, more enjoyable time.

It's a beautiful park, they got a playground for kids, ducks running around and you can come out there for picnics, yes you can fish out there, a few people do that every day, I'm not sure about that, you can drive out there to find out!
