I'm seeing both free parking and paid parking. Which is it in 2021? July. Why would they charge

I just stayed there for 3 days, no charges for parking... but there was a sign in front that said 15 per day

I was part of a group that wasn't supposed to pay for parking. There is a sign up outside of the hotel about parking. They charged our group and had to adjust the billing on all of us to remove the parking fee.
