I would call the park to see what they say. Make sure your truck is a 4x4 if your willing to go thru in rain.
Never been after the rains... I did not experience bad roads either... I went this past winter December 2019... The ground was wet and some rough areas but the small cars handled well.. The lamas, ostrich, Buffalo, goats, donkeys, special type cute cows, long horns, giraffe, tiger in an enclosed habitat, we had a great experience. But if raining I assume animals won't be that active.. And your windows will need to be down.. Your not allowed out of your car on the trail.. I would call before you visit.. It's recommended to call before visit or check online.
The roads are in pretty bad shape, lots of potholes or just plan missing chunks of road. We went last spring after rain and it was a bit iffy in some areas. Be cautious , those donkeys and llamas will try to eat your car if you sit in one place too long.
I wasn't to impressed. Lots of lamas and donkeys. Not much else. If its raining it'll probably sucks cuz its a drive thur park. It's very hilly so ya will need a strong vehicle. Plus I thought it was expensive for what it was. Also, part of the park the walk thur part was basically empty. Good luck!!
