I watched a truck full of kids enter, so I think yes, but I would not recommend it. Some of the animals are pretty aggressive.
The only animal that was caged was a tiger. Most all the animals are free roaming. They come to your car for the snacks. It is really fun! Some try and get all you have so you have to gently pull off. Please get a large amount of the feed they sell. There are a lot of animals and they love them!
