We usually have pretty planned rest stop locations but we just took a random exit this time and was pleasantly surprised. Chickasaw Travel Stop had clean bathrooms, tidy snack area, kind staff, and good selection of foods and gifts.

Nice gas station with small casino attached. Very clean restrooms with multiple stalls. Nice, large, well lit parking lot. Security staff inside. Very friendly staff and attendants. The store was exceptionally clean for a convenience store and was easy to navigate and not overly cluttered as a lot can be. Would recommend if needing a stop while traveling!
