I would not rent any trailer at this Park. There is a better one south of town or off of Harvey Road. He will absolutely refuse to fix Anything and they are overpriced. He will also refuse to update any lease to reflect people that have moved in or out. Absolute laziness and uncaring man in it's truest form.
