Was a decent place with decent people. Until law enforcement visited in response to an anonymous report and management evicted us to protect their reputation. No crime, no danger, no sirens, they were just responding to a phone report. Somehow local law doing their job is a threat to their reputation. Other veterans left when they saw this happen and word went around. Something sketchy must be going on there, don't know what but they evict you for cooperating with law enforcement, so beware

Very convenient and well maintained RV park right off I35. We stopped for the night. The person at the front desk was super nice. He gave us recommendations on where to eat and said if we’ were staying a while, he’d give us recommendations on what to see! The free breakfast was amazing! We’ll be back if we’re in the area again.

Stayed only a few nights, but enjoyed it. The free breakfast was wonderful and huge! Loved it. The 2 dog parks plus a dog walk was such a nice change of pace, clean and well taken care of. The bathroom near the office is not handicap accessible, but maybe the other building bathroom has the handicap accessible area. It was clean and smelled fresh. You could hear interstate traffic all night but it is well worth the stay.

This Rv park is the best and nicest of any local park near Waco. They do their best. I’ve read some of the reviews and some are bs. First off, there is no petting zoo. It’s a pasture that someone keeps sheep. Someone stated that the dog parks needed cleaning? Well there are bags there and it clearly states to pick up after your dog!!! I’ve never seen an Rv setup where both front wheels were off the ground. There’s also a sign that all rvs entering must stop and check in at the office. Even if it appears that they’re closed. Common sense. If there’s a problem, it’s not with the park nor the staff. It’s people that come and go. The park staff has always been kind and helpful. The lots are plenty of room compared to what I’ve seen in others. Several ponds. A place to tee off in golf. Pool. Free breakfast( tips are welcome). Nice covered units but there can be a waiting list; in which it doesn’t take long. I know you can’t please everyone no matter what but it’s really a nice place to be. And they’re no responsible for the interstate nearby. Hope you enjoy.

We were just campers. You would have to call them directly. The phone number is on their web page. However, all the regular sites are pull through and your length is fine. The extended stay sites are not pull through. The hookups are all full hookups including a sewer connection. You will like this park. There's even a driving range for golfers.
I-35 RV Park is so much closer to Waco. The staff are all about customer service. They also have Bubba's Cafe for the on the go mornings. Give it a try and see!
We were there around Christmas. But if they maintain the pool and hit tub as well as they do the rest of the park. I would say yes. I would highly recommend them. My wife and I will stay there every time we go to Waco .
