7/6/2020 Worst place Ever I promise you. I have known a few people that have lived here. Better off living at the seales motel. The trailers are falling apart (Literally) floors caving in, roofs leaking and falling in, porches not sturdy with rotting wooden steps, windows leaking, doors uneven and won't lock, and have electrical hazards that the park refuses to fix. Management in office has attitude. He won't work with you on Anything.. Do not waste your hard earned money here. I promise you will regret it..

As far as trailer parks go,its. A pretty nce park.its kept clean,grass mowed, Richard the owner gets repairs taken care of ,pricing is fair.good place that kids can run around and play.Cactus Plumbing does a great job on all there plumbing needs.
