Came in at 6:30pm, drive thru is shut down, playplace is shut down, ice cream machine is down, no onions rings, no lids for small cups... this place is sub-par! Door sign signs lobby open til 10:30p! What kind of business is this?!

Yeah they do that- if you report it to BK HQ they'll usually yell at the owner, then the next week it should be back to normal.
