This place has gone down hill, the new staff working this site is pushy and rude, used it for years and it recently changed ownership it has been more problematic since. So I’m done using this self serve wash along with others in Sparks as it is the same owner.

3 times now I've taken my dog there, only to find there's no hot water. And it costs me $2 each time to find that out. Never again will I use them. For my car either. Refuse to give them any more of my money.

I usually hand wash my car, but it was too cold, so I tried this. My car was dirty from traveling from Tahoe after the snow storm. My car was still dirty and streaky after doing the $10.00 wash. Very disappointed. I now have to hand wash in the cold

I love that I can wash my dog and my car in the same place! The dog wash is fantastic! There is a ramp that allows for your dog to walk up into the wash bin. The ramp can easily be lifted and slid under the wash bin so you can easily walk around the bin. The water in a nice warm, pet friendly temperature. And just like washing your car there are options built into the sprayer. There is shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick wash, rinse, and a sanitize option for cleaning out the wash bin. I can wash my dog (he is only 30 lbs) and still have time left over with just a $5!!! That's a great deal! There is also a blow dryer if your dog will allow you to use it. Nice easy air pressure from it to help dry your furry friend. As for the car wash... It's fantastic also! I use the automatic car wash to wash my Durango. I get the $10 wash, it's the most expensive but it has all the bells an whistles of washing your car. Only issue I have is that it doesn't dry the greatest. But that is something I can live with.
