Terrible customer service!!!! My wife went to get our vehicle smogged and it failed due to senors needing to turn over. She was told if she came back it would only be $10 since it is only $20 smog. When she back they told her the total was $20 with the $10 being a credit since it failed and the original price is $30. Then my wife proceed to request the gentleman's name helping her, and he said "Joe" then she requested the name of the supervisor and he said, and I quote "his name is Joe as well." My wife returned home and requested to talk to Joe and he said "Yes I was the one helping you, and then she requested the Supervisor, and he said, "I am the supervisor" she was clearly upset, and then asked why did you not say that when I was there, and he said - "Because we were busy" This is poor customer service, and "Joe" was extremely unhelping, condescending, lied, and extremely unprofessional. We will never recommend this place to any one and Chris Fields will be contacted, if he is even real. Per "Joe" this is the person he would have to answer too.

I'm a return customer every year. One stop and you can get smog and tags done all at once in 10 minutes. Very personable staff. Lube, oil and filter right next door...good for another year - no hassle!

Wasn't able to get his name.time was 11:15 on Oct. 6th. Pulled up in line he took a car ahead of me . Then directed me in .got out of my vehicle ,told me in a very rude tone of voice YOU GO WAIT INSIDE. I said why ? He said YOUR IN MY WAY. Then he pulled the cord back and told me to go somewhere else. Any one can have a bad day. But this was downright unprofessional. Totally bad attitude I have four vehicles that will never go there again.
