Only the city side you're allowed to park near the water...the other side without needing a permit, park near the dunes.Traffic is directed one way...many ignore it.

Yes you can drive on the beach. If you go on the city side don't forget to get a permit at the gas station. The beach is pretty much hard pack so unless it looks soft and rutted a civic could do it. If it looks soft drop your tire pressure and you will be fine.

Yes. Both 7.5 mile and 8 mile you can. Gets hairy without 4WD at times, but the city packs the sand regularly with water
