Yes there open and you can park on the beach. I highly recommend you drive to Florida and you will never go to a Texas beach again.😁
Yes they are open and there is beach parking and camping. It's a pretty nice little spot!
No trees though for shade and breeze. Bring chairs, tables and gazebo to protect from smattering sun.
