Does anybody know why the HEB on 290 sells gas almost 20cents a gallon cheaper then the Spring Cypress location??? Pretty disgusting that the store ON the highway is less then the store off the highway!! So much for always using HEB for gas!!

It's all about location. The same question could be asked why gas is more expensive in Houston city areas.

You could travel a little further to get less price but it's all the same once you use the gas to do so...I agree it is about location...
