Totally didn't respect the fact that I used online check-in, I had a limited lunch time, and they didn't even care, the woman next to me loudly claimed her husband wasn't next because other people checked in online. That's not my fault, I shouldn't be penalized for someone else not following the procotols, and the hairdressers shouldn't conspire to skip me, to appease that person. You made me waste my time, gas, and lunch time to try and get a haircut in a timely manner. Since you don't respect my time, i will no longer support your business.

Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor go down the street to Great Clips. Better haircut better price better people. I walked in at 6:40 and was turned away from a haircut wearing athletic shorts. A man walks in behind me that has a button up on and they seat him right away without an appointment. Little do they know I have a corporate job as well. I have 0 respect for companies that do not treat their customers equally and have false opinions on individuals because of their apparel. I will never go to sports clips again.

Beware this store - they don’t take walk-ins and are not friendly. I arrived ONE HOUR prior to the posted closing time, but they would not let me sign in and turned me away rudely because “the estimated wait time exceeded the closing time”, but there was only one person waiting in the store. SportClips, if you don’t take walk-ins, how about locking your door? You just lost a customer for life.
