I really tried to like this place, I had my child in here for over a year, but there were red flags from the first day of class. HIGH teacher turnover, untrained teachers who do not know how to handle very LARGE classes of young children, and very unprofessional in dealing with conflicts, misbehavior, and overall early childhood development. More like a factory with little individual attention to the children. Staff and teachers were often grumpy. Way overpriced for the kind of care you will receive. My child is much happier in their new school. I advise to stay away.

Too many Chiefs and not enough help for teachers. Many leaders work the small front desk/office . High school graduates try to control children, teach, and change diapers. Then the toddlers get suspended for acting out. Cold food is given to children, even when parents are invited to eat. Our two year old son was placed in the office with the nose to the wall. On display like a dunce . Once we removed our son he was happy, at his new school. Our family does not mind paying top dollar for child care and continue to do so. This location appears to just be about keeping money for leaders and making owners profit. We wanted quality, safe, loving child care for a top price. In return paid for terrible service for our son. If I could give negative infinity stars I would!

I absolutely love the staff here. Elizabeth, Georgia Yvette, and Barbara are all very welcoming. Most if not all teachers and aides know the children by name. They have planned activities and my kids love it there! Only thing is price is a bit high but you can’t put a price children safety. They also have excellent communication. I have looked into other schools in the area and this school seemed to fit our families needs I’m so glad we chose primrose preschool of barker cypress!

As working professionals, we appreciate the weekly email updates, newsletters, text message communication platform as well as signage throughout the school. We always feel informed. Every day we drop Alex off to his classroom, we are met with a great smile and engaging conversation. We believe the teachers have genuine concern and interest in the well-being and education of our son. Primrose has assisted us in raising a well-educated and happy child. We are extremely pleased with our Primrose education and experience and we strongly recommend Primrose for all interested and invested parents.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
Yes, our school has a kindergarten program that utilizes our Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to help prepare children for success in Kindergarten, elementary school, and beyond. Small group lessons offer greater individual attention and our extended hours help support working parents with all-day care.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis.
