No alcohol is permitted at the park. Park Rangers can give you a ticket for it.

All Texas State Parks have a no alcohol policy. This, most likely, is to ensure the enjoyment for all families. However, city parks, like Loyd Park in Grand Prairie do allow alcohol by the beach.
