They will not allow you to go over 20 if you have never raced before. They will allow you to go to the kart's maximum speed(50mph) if you are an experienced driver or participating in a racing league. The kiddie karts will only go up to 30 mph.
I can't tell you the exact mileage but the important thing is that they look safe, my kids got on it and it was great
The karts speed are controlled by the race officals. If you are not a good driver they will limit your speed to 15 mph. If you show you are fast and clean the limits will be bumped in increments up to a maximum top end of 45-50mph depending on your personal weight
I've been told personally that the adult karts can reach around 40 mph if fully charged and on a drag strip
Yes they go really fast.
Top end gels like about 18-20mph. If you're driving well the staff can bump up your speed.
There are two different speeds on the younger kids have to go, slower cars
