5/12/2021 the main website cites the Dunes Park beach access 3 as closed due to erosion. Which direction are the accesses numbered, the on-line park map is not numbered. I'm interested in the access numbers beginning parallel to the park entrance.

Don't worry about that access. Once you enter the park. And find a parking spot. It's honestly super easy to find your way around. If you go to the left that is the intercoastal entrance which is dog friendly. If you go to the right and take the walkway you have other options of beach access. Where we went it was less crowded and more peaceful.
