I believe you will. I saw at least 2 dealers who had a fairly large assortment of knives last week while we were there. Can't remember exactly where but one was up towards a booth serving different types of shaved flavors.. chocolate/vanilla type drinks...coffee...etc...stand alone store away from food court.

Yes. I about 3 booths of nothing but knives.
They have pocket knifes there and for reasonable prices as well.
